FreedomWorks, the national grassroots advocacy organization chaired by Former Majority Leader, Dick Armey, is seeking a full-time Director of Major Gifts with the knowledge, skills and expertise to help continue the transformation of FreedomWorks into the top free market / limited government organization in the country. The Director of Major Gifts will work with the VP of Development to develop programs that identify, grow and nurture major gifts from individual donors. The primary responsibility of the Director of Major Gifts is to cultivate, solicit and steward gifts from current donors and to identify prospects for major gifts and develop them into major donors. Americans for Prosperity Foundation is seeking a Regional Development Officer (RDO) to develop donor relationships at the major gift level to financially support projects at the state and national level, under the direction of the Vice President of External Affairs. In this role, the RDO will cultivate and solicit individuals for contributions to support AFPF for states in their assigned region and the national budget. Starting with a base of donors, the RDO will be expected to focus on prospective donors and increase their donor base each calendar year.
