Services

Talent Market is a nonprofit dedicated to identifying, placing, and retaining talent in key roles within liberty-oriented nonprofit organizations. In addition, Talent Market consults with nonprofits about a variety of issues related to talent. We provide consulting and recruiting services at no cost to think tanks, policy organizations, research centers, and capacity building institutions dedicated to reducing the size and scope of government and advancing the principles of economic freedom, free enterprise, free trade, property rights, rule of law, and limited regulation. (We do not work with political organizations, organizations that promote favoritism or special interests, or organizations that focus on social issues.)

Talent Market provides its services at no direct cost to its clients. We do this because we understand the talent deficit our movement faces, and we know our clients are operating on shoestring budgets.

Since Talent Market does not charge nonprofits for its services, it is only through the generosity of donors that we can continue our important work. Talent Market is a nonprofit and raises its own funds from individuals, organizations, and foundations.

Services Provided
Talent Market works with free-market nonprofit organizations that have sustainable environments and make or have the potential to make a significant impact on social change. Talent Market’s services include the following:

  • Providing information about compensation, bonus structures, and reviews
  • Managing the search process for job openings, which can include:
    • Serving as the main point of contact for searches
    • Developing/writing job descriptions
    • Recruiting/identifying candidates

All of Talent Market’s services are provided at no cost to free-market 501(c)3 nonprofits thanks to the generosity of donors. Please note that depending on a number of factors, including current work capacity, Talent Market may not be able to provide all of these services at any given time.

Wait, You’re a Nonprofit?

Talent Market is a nonprofit. We’ll wait here while that sinks in. We know it’s a crazy concept, but it’s been working like a charm since 2009.

Talent Market’s mission is to promote liberty by providing talent for critical roles within the free-market nonprofit sector.

We provide free consulting and recruiting services to free-market think tanks, policy organizations, research centers, and capacity building institutions dedicated to advancing the principles of limited government and free enterprise. (We do not work in politics, nor do we work with organizations that address social issues.) Talent Market believes that the road to prosperity is paved with freedom and that the success of our movement hinges on the talent that will take us there.
