The Project Manager will be a critical part of our close-knit team. Specifically, the Project Manager will focus on three main initiatives:

- Manage talent searches for free-market nonprofits – Work with our clients to help identify, evaluate, and place individuals in key positions. This will include assisting with key steps of the hiring process: consulting about the talent landscape, developing job descriptions, proactively recruiting from our network of talent and beyond, interviewing candidates, etc. This will also entail working closely with candidates, keeping them informed, and generally making them feel warm and fuzzy.
- Consult with nonprofit clients and candidates – Serve as a valuable source of information to free-market nonprofits about strategies to attract, retain, and maximize talent. This will include regularly providing guidance and resources to individuals with an interest in a liberty-advancing career.
- Engage in targeted outreach to young professionals with an interest in a career advancing liberty – Help Talent Market expand our network by giving in-person presentations, career workshops, and webinars. In addition to growing our network, these presentations provide value to participants and build Talent Market’s brand as the go-to resource for liberty-oriented jobs and job-related advice.
