AF (formerly known as America’s Future Foundation) has a rich history and a mission that is perfectly complementary to Talent Market: to provide the tools and network to create lifelong advocates for freedom. While Talent Market operates independently and raises its own funding, Talent Market and AF frequently partner together on mission-aligned joint projects that advance liberty in new ways. Together we are leveraging our existing work and better serving the free-market movement and the cause of liberty.

AF, founded in Washington, DC in 1995, is a nationwide network of liberty-minded young professionals. It provides unique opportunities to learn about the ideas of free markets, limited government, and personal responsibility, and to develop the skills necessary to articulate them. Through its programs, AF offers young professionals networking and mentoring opportunities, in addition to writing, speaking, and program management experience to help them become more effective advocates for freedom. AF envisions an American culture permeated with a love of liberty and a society that values free enterprise, personal responsibility, and limited government.
