Talent Market is seeking nominations for the two awards we will be presenting during the 2024 AF Annual Gala and Awards Showcase.

The glamorous affair, attended by change-makers from inside the Beltway and across the country, will be held on May 30, 2024 in Washington, DC at the historic Anderson House, known as one of DC’s most fashionable mansions.

Talent Market is proud to be a sponsor of this year’s event, which will feature the presentation of AF’s 2024 awards as well as our two Talent Market awards!

And this is where YOU come in. We need your help nominating the best and brightest!


Secret Weapon Award
Talent Market’s Secret Weapon Award celebrates a free-market nonprofit staff member who adds tremendous value to his/her organization and the liberty movement from behind the scenes. The Secret Weapon could be an accounting ace, IT whiz, operations guru, or other talent who makes significant contributions but doesn’t get the spotlight. The Secret Weapon must be full-time staff member of a 501(c)3 nonprofit.

We encourage free-market nonprofit staff members to nominate a teammate, direct report, or supervisor who exemplifies Reagan’s quote: “There is no limit to the amount of good you can do if you don’t care who gets the credit.”

The winner will be notified by May 1 and will be invited to receive the award at America’s Future’s Annual Gala and Awards Showcase on May 30, 2024 in Washington, DC.

 

Program of the Year
Talent Market’s Program of the Year Award celebrates a program that develops free-market talent. The program will have a solid curriculum, evidence of short and long-term impact, and impressive alumni who are making a difference in the liberty movement. The program must be run by a 501(c)3 nonprofit.

Nominees can include any sort of free-market talent development program (internships, fellowships, clerkships, professional development programs, etc.) at any level (junior, mid, or senior). Free-market organizations and proud alumni are encouraged to nominate their own programs!

The winner will be notified by May 1 and a program representative will be invited to receive the award at America’s Future’s Annual Gala and Awards Showcase on May 30, 2024 in Washington, DC.

Talent Market is a nonprofit. We’ll wait here while that sinks in. We know it’s a crazy concept, but it’s been working like a charm since 2009.

Talent Market’s mission is to promote liberty by providing talent for critical roles within the free-market nonprofit sector.

We provide consulting and recruiting services at no cost to 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations that clearly and directly focus on advancing the principles of economic freedom, free enterprise, free trade, free speech, property rights, rule of law, and limited regulation. (We do not work with political organizations, organizations with mission statements that do not clearly advance free-market principles, organizations that focus on social issues, or organizations that have a focus outside of the United States. We are not a job board. ) 

Talent Market believes that the road to prosperity is paved with freedom and that the success of our movement hinges on the talent that will take us there.
