The Role:
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and passionate individual to join our team as the Marketing and Development Associate. This multifaceted role combines executive support with responsibilities in marketing outreach and development activities, offering a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to grow alongside our organization.
The Marketing and Development Associate will report to the Executive Director of the Ludlow Institute (and head of NBTV) and can work virtually from anywhere within the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing and Outreach:
- Support marketing campaigns and assist with social media management.
- Draft newsletters, press releases, and outreach materials.
- Help expand our audience through creative PR strategies.
- Development and Fundraising:
- Research grant opportunities and assist in drafting proposals.
- Maintain donor and sponsor records.
- Collaborate on fundraising campaigns and strategies.
- Manage leadership’s schedule, appointments, and correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with event planning.
- Oversee daily operations and handle ad hoc administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- 0+ years of experience in marketing or development.
- A passion for liberty, privacy, and advocacy.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Alignment with, and passion for, the mission of NBTV.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a mission-driven organization.
Compensation
The projected salary range for this role is $30,000-$50,000. This salary is contingent upon the specific skills and experience of the selected candidate.
