The Club for Growth Foundation is seeking a dynamic and driven Programs and Operations Associate to help lead its mission of advancing economic freedom and limited government. As a 501(c)(3) educational organization, the Foundation accomplishes its mission by engaging America’s rising leaders through its renowned Fellowship Program, complemented by offering transparency through Federal and State Economic Scorecards and policy research that responds to critical economic issues.
About the Role
This full-time, in-office position in Washington, DC, will be a part of developing, managing, and evaluating these core programs that are shaping the present and future landscape of leadership and policy in America. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this role offers a unique opportunity to manage and expand the Foundation’s flagship Fellowship Program, which identifies and engages emerging leaders for education, communications training, and networking.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of the Fellowship Program, including selection, recruitment, and participant engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with Fellows and stakeholders.
- Assist in creating promotional materials, reports, and program-related content.
- Contribute to program evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate educational, networking, and communications training events for Fellows.
- Track and report on program progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in nonprofit program management or related fields.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
- Willingness to take initiative and tackle tasks as needed to drive the success of our mission.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with government processes and policy issues related to economic freedom and limited government.
- Experience with web-based communication tools, including CRM databases, is a plus.
- Passion for the Foundation’s mission of advancing economic freedom and leadership development.
Compensation
The projected salary range for this role is $70,000-100,000, contingent upon the specific skills and experience of the selected candidate.
