About The Paul E. Singer Foundation:

About the Operations and Administrative Assistant Position:
The Operations and Administrative Assistant will work from the Foundation’s Washington, DC office Monday-Thursday and can work remotely on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
- In coordination with the New York-based Director of Operations, serve as point person for the logistical requirements, and communicate with relevant parties (building, co-tenant, partner organizations) as needed
- Maintain two meeting rooms (setting up a/v equipment, handle any catering needs, oversee conference room calendar, liaise with building regarding visitors)
- Assist with events and programming at the office and, on a case-by-case basis, at other venues
- Manage calendar, book travel, track expenses, and assist with related logistical tasks for two senior members of the team
- Manage projects within Salesforce
- Assist team members in preparing documents and presentations for meetings
- Provide other administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Two years or more of experience in operations, office management, or administration preferred
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Able to work in a fast paced, high demand office
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Alignment with The Paul E. Singer Foundation’s mission and work
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
The Paul E. The anticipated salary range for this non-exempt position is between $70,000 – $80,000 annually.
