The Leadership Institute (LI) is a 501 (c)(3) organization that was founded in 1979 by its president, Morton C. Blackwell. LI provides training in campaigns, fundraising, grassroots organizing, youth politics, and communications. The Institute teaches conservatives of all ages how to succeed in politics, government, and the media. Since 1979, LI has trained more than 200,000 conservative activists, leaders, and students. The Institute’s unique college campus network has grown to more than 1,700 conservative campus groups and newspapers.
About the Role:
The Salesforce Administrator manages LI’s CRM system with a focus on Programmatic Activities (trainings, events, reporting). This full-time, in-person role supports the Leadership Institute’s mission through effective system maintenance, reporting, and user support.
Key Responsibilities:
- System administration and customization for program operations
- Configuration of event and training management functions
- Program-focused reporting and analytics
- User support and training for program staff
- Process improvement and data quality management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to set priorities and plan projects
Qualifications:
- 2+ years Salesforce Administrator experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Experience with event management in Salesforce
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must work on-site at our Arlington, VA location
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $90,000 to $125,000, based on the selected applicant’s experience and qualifications, along with a competitive benefits package.
