About the Organization
The Network of enlightened Women (NeW), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is the nation’s premier organization for conservative university women. With chapters on campuses across the country as well as young professional chapters, NeW educates, equips, and empowers women to be principled leaders for a free society. Annually, NeW hosts a Leadership Retreat, professional development events, campus and community events, and online programming.
About the Role
Do you want to advance conservative ideas on campus and in your community? Do you want to be part of a positive women’s empowerment organization? Join the Network of enlightened Women (NeW), the nation’s premier organization for conservative university women, as Chapters and Programs Manager. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with top conservative women around the country, build a movement for conservative college and young professional women, and implement your own ideas on campus to make a difference.
The Chapters and Programs Manager will work to expand the number of campus and professional network chapters of NeW, strengthen existing chapters, and help to execute national programs. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with college chapters and young professional chapters, NeW educates young women on conservative principles, cultivates a community of conservative women, and emboldens young women to speak out on campus and in their communities. In addition, NeW hosts annual programs to engage these women, including an annual leadership retreat.
The NeW Chapters and Programs Manager will advance the mission of NeW by recruiting new student and young professional leaders, working with current campus and Professional Network chapters, managing staff, and increasing the impact of NeW across the nation through program growth. The Chapters and Programs Manager plays an important role on the team in managing and helping staff grow, and executing programs to meet goals.
The Chapters and Programs Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Programs. This is a fully virtual role that can be based anywhere within the U.S., with candidates expected to work in Eastern Time. This role will have a small number of direct reports, likely around three, including seasonal interns.
