About the New Civil Liberties Alliance
You may have heard that NCLA helped bring down Chevron deference. That landmark Supreme Court victory fundamentally reshaped the relationship between Americans and the Administrative State—and we’re just getting started.

This is an exciting time to join the New Civil Liberties Alliance. NCLA brings precedent-setting litigation to enforce the Constitution’s limits on government power and has helped shape some of the nation’s most significant constitutional cases, including Relentless v. Department of Commerce (the companion case to Loper Bright), Cochran v. SEC, Murthy v. Missouri, SEC v. Jarkesy, and The Daily Wire / Texas v. State Dept. Having achieved one of our founding objectives by helping overturn Chevron, we are now pursuing the next generation of constitutional challenges that will define the future of administrative law.

Founded in 2017 by Columbia Law School Professor Philip Hamburger, NCLA is a nonpartisan, nonprofit civil rights organization dedicated to defending and restoring the liberties secured by the U.S. Constitution. Through strategic litigation, public advocacy, and education, we challenge unlawful exercises of administrative power that threaten fundamental rights—including due process, free speech, the right to a jury trial, and the separation of powers.

As Manager of Digital Marketing and Audience Growth, you won’t simply promote an organization—you’ll help tell the story of cases that shape constitutional law, influence national debate, and protect the freedoms of millions of Americans. You’ll work alongside nationally recognized constitutional litigators and play a vital role in expanding NCLA’s reach through compelling digital content, marketing, branding, and communications. If you’re a creative communicator who wants your work to have real purpose and lasting impact, we’d love to hear from you.
