About Liberty Justice Center

Liberty Justice Center (LJC) is a national, nonprofit, public-interest law firm that defends constitutional rights and expands individual liberty through strategic, high-impact litigation. We challenge unlawful government action, overreach, and censorship; defend free speech and association; promote educational freedom and economic liberty; and hold public officials accountable in courts across the country. Our track record includes groundbreaking victories that change law and policy nationwide, with cases regularly covered by major media and cited by courts. LJC operates with a lean, entrepreneurial model: we move fast, choose cases that matter, and litigate creatively to set precedent and secure lasting freedom for individuals and businesses. We pair courtroom advocacy with thought leadership to shape public understanding of constitutional principles.
