About the Opportunity

Under the direction of the Vice President of Programs, the Program Assistant will help ensure that the Foundation’s grantmaking procedures and processes are consistently applied; provide administrative, research, and project management support; and offer technical assistance and support in maintaining electronic grant records. This is a fully remote position with minimal travel.

The Right to Work principle affirms the right of every American to earn a living without being forced to belong to a union. Despite this principle, millions of workers are compelled to associate with unions to keep their jobs.

Since 1968, the Foundation has provided free legal aid to individual workers to enforce and expand their rights against compulsory unionism. To this end, Foundation attorneys have long been at the forefront of litigating key cases involving the First Amendment, labor law, administrative law, and religious liberties. Talent Market’s mission is to promote liberty by providing talent for critical roles within the free-market nonprofit sector.

We provide consulting and recruiting services at no cost to 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations that clearly and directly focus on advancing the principles of economic freedom, free enterprise, free trade, free speech, property rights, rule of law, and limited regulation. (We do not work with political organizations, organizations with mission statements that do not clearly advance free-market principles, organizations that focus on social issues, or organizations that have a focus outside of the United States. We are not a job board. ) 

Talent Market believes that the road to prosperity is paved with freedom and that the success of our movement hinges on the talent that will take us there.
