Even if liberty-oriented organizations are well financed, their likelihood of success is limited by the availability of qualified leadership and strategic personnel with expertise necessary to advance free market principles in academia, the media, and public policy. Talent Market exists to address this critical need – to assist free-market nonprofit organizations by identifying, evaluating, and placing the best and brightest individuals in key roles within the liberty movement.
