Free Career Guidance for Your Interns

Do you run an internship, fellowship, clerkship, or other talent program in the liberty movement? And do you want your program participants to stay engaged in the liberty movement long after your program ends?

Talent Market is here to help you and your program participants! (And to leverage your donors’ investments in talent!)

Talent Market offers presentations and webinars that illustrate the landscape of the liberty movement and the opportunities available, along with practical guidance for building a career.

Drawing on our experience working with more than 300 free-market nonprofits and placing more than 1,600 individuals, these presentations provide a clear, ground-level view of how the sector actually hires and what organizations are looking for.

But that’s just the beginning. After we connect with your interns, fellows, associates, and clerks, we stay engaged by sharing relevant job opportunities and helping them navigate a career in the liberty movement.

This sustained engagement keeps early-career talent plugged into the movement and encourages them to pursue opportunities as they come up. In fact, we’ve placed more than 140 of the interns, fellows, and clerks we’ve connected with over the years.

Host a FREE Session for Your Interns

Talent Market’s educational sessions are a valuable, turnkey addition to your program’s curriculum. We’ll work with you to schedule a time that fits your program, and once that’s set, we handle everything—from preparation to delivery. All you need to do is help us get in front of your interns, and we’ll take it from there.

Our presentations to young professionals—including interns, associates, fellows, and clerks—help prepare them for careers advancing liberty. Through this outreach, we’ve provided thousands of participants with practical guidance and connected them with an important long-term career resource: Talent Market.

Our two most common presentation topics are:

  • How to Build a Career That Advances Liberty
  • Creating a Strong Resume and Cover Letter

For each session, we collect participant information in advance so we can tailor the content to their backgrounds and career interests, and come prepared to address their specific questions. This ensures the session is highly relevant and immediately useful to participants.

Importantly, our engagement doesn’t end when the session does. We stay in touch with participants over time—sharing relevant opportunities, making introductions, and helping them navigate next steps—so they remain engaged in the liberty movement throughout their careers.

Today's Intern is Tomorrow's CEO

Today’s interns, fellows, and entry-level professionals are the future leaders of the liberty movement.

That’s why Talent Market prioritizes early engagement—identifying, connecting with, and advising young professionals at the very start of their careers.

In fact, more than half of our 1,600 placements have been in junior- and mid-level roles, underscoring how critical early-career talent is to the long-term strength of the organizations we serve.

This long-term investment creates a strong bench of talent for the movement, ensuring organizations have access to capable, mission-aligned professionals they need to thrive.
