WHY WE CREATED OUR AWARDS

At Talent Market, we know that finding and keeping top talent isnʼt just important—itʼs mission-critical. Thatʼs why we created two Talent Market Awards.

These awards are our way of giving a well-deserved high-five (and maybe some bragging rights) to the individuals and programs that go above and beyond to strengthen the liberty movement. And because great work deserves more than just recognition, weʼre putting our money where our mission is—winners will also receive financial recognition.

After all, great people make great organizations, and we think thatʼs worth celebrating!

PROGRAM OF THE YEAR AWARD

Talent Marketʼs Program of the Year Award celebrates a program that develops free-market talent. The program will
have a solid curriculum, evidence of short and long-term impact, and impressive alumni who are making a difference in
the liberty movement. The program must be run by a 501(c)3 nonprofit.

Nominees can include any sort of free-market talent development program (internships, fellowships, clerkships, professional development programs, etc.) at any level. Organizations must nominate their own programs. Outside nominations will not be considered.

The winning program will receive $10,000 in recognition of its exceptional work in developing talent, along with
well-deserved acknowledgment within the liberty movement for its invaluable efforts in expanding the talent pipeline.

SECRET WEAPON AWARD

Talent Marketʼs Secret Weapon Award celebrates a free-market nonprofit staff member who adds tremendous
value to his/her organization and the liberty movement from behind the scenes. The Secret Weapon can be an accounting ace, IT whiz, operations guru, or other talent who makes significant contributions but doesnʼt get the spotlight. The Secret Weapon must be full-time staff member of a 501(c)3 nonprofit.

The winner will receive $2,500 in recognition of his/her outstanding contributions.

Please do not submit multiple nominations for the same individual. While we appreciate enthusiasm, multiple submissions for the same person wonʼt increase his/her chances of winning.
