At Talent Market, we know that finding and keeping top talent isn’t just important—it’s mission-critical. That’s why we created two Talent Market Awards.
These awards are our way of giving a well-deserved high-five (and maybe some bragging rights) to the individuals and programs that go above and beyond to strengthen the liberty movement. And because great work deserves more than just recognition, we’re putting our money where our mission is—winners will also receive financial recognition.
The Program of the Year Award winner will receive $10,000 in recognition of its exceptional work and the Secret Weapon Award winner will receive $2,500 in recognition of his/her outstanding contributions.
After all, great people make great organizations, and we think that’s worth celebrating!
Nominations Now Open!
Talent Market is now seeking nominations for the two awards we will present in May.
And this is where YOU come in. We need your help nominating the best of the best.
Program of the Year
Talent Market’s Program of the Year Award celebrates a program that develops free-market talent. The program will have a solid curriculum, evidence of short and long-term impact, and impressive alumni who are making a difference in the liberty movement. The program must be run by a 501(c)3 nonprofit.
Organizations must nominate their own programs. Outside nominations will not be considered.
The winning program will receive $10,000 in recognition of its exceptional work in developing talent, along with well-deserved acknowledgment within the liberty movement for its invaluable efforts in expanding the talent pipeline.
Nominations must be submitted by 11:59pm Eastern Time on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. The winner will be notified by May 1 and a program representative will be invited to receive the award at America’s Future’s Annual Gala and Awards Showcase in Washington, DC.

Secret Weapon Award
Talent Market’s Secret Weapon Award celebrates a free-market nonprofit staff member who adds tremendous value to his/her organization and the liberty movement from behind the scenes. The Secret Weapon can be an accounting ace, IT whiz, operations guru, or other talent who makes significant contributions but doesn’t get the spotlight. The Secret Weapon must be full-time staff member of a 501(c)3 nonprofit.
The winner will receive $2,500 in recognition of his/her outstanding contributions.
Please do not submit multiple nominations for the same individual. While we appreciate enthusiasm, multiple submissions for the same person won’t increase his/her chances of winning.
Nominations must be submitted by 11:59pm Eastern Time on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. The winner will be notified by May 1 and will be invited to receive the award at America’s Future’s Annual Gala and Awards Showcase in Washington, DC.
