  • Create a resume and cover letter that demonstrate your passion for liberty.
    When crafting your resume, ask yourself, “What have I done that proves I’m what they’re looking for?” Your application should explain why you’re a good fit for the role and demonstrate your passion for the organization’s mission. Generic applications are a big no-no!

  • Build transferable skills.
    Things like writing clearly, public speaking, organizing events, or leading a team project will serve you well no matter your career path. Look for chances to practice these in school clubs, part-time jobs, or community activities.

  • Keep learning on your own.

    Read books, listen to podcasts, or follow organizations in the liberty movement. The more you know, the more confident you’ll feel when opportunities come your way.

  • Conduct thoughtful research before applying.
    Understand the organization’s mission, culture, and strategic approach. Knowing you’re a good fit enhances the odds of meaningful engagement.
