Create an entrepreneurial culture that fosters innovation from full- and part-time colleagues including hiring, onboarding, accountability, and performance reviews. Serve as motivational leader, work with colleagues to grow their careers, and ensure AFF is constantly experimenting and learning.
Direct organizational procedures, and outsource as appropriate, to facilitate efficiency and ensure compliance in operational areas including accounting, human resources, insurance, information technology, budgeting, and banking.
Collaborate with board of directors to design and implement bold strategic plan and follow through to meet specific measurements. Manage relationships with partner organizations, advisory board members, and other friends that help achieve strategic goals. Serve as face of organization through public speaking and nationwide networking in liberty movement.
Equip Vice President and her team to achieve bold organizational goals by providing high-level guidance for programs through coaching based on clear expectations and a culture of innovation. Speak and attend programs when appropriate and serve as motivational, visionary leader for chapter leaders and other high-level program participants.
