DonorsTrust is a happily Microsoft-centric office and we are not looking to move to other platforms. Thus, the ideal candidate will be very comfortable with SQL-express, Access, and Microsoft VBA and VB.
The Deputy National Field Director will serve as a both the Regional Field Director for the Eastern Region as well as work with the National Field Director to develop and implement the strategic mission of the field program. This position will help build grassroots activities and coalitions while managing multiple Field Coordinators in multiple states. Utilizing strong coordination and communication skills, this position will be charged with developing several aspects of the national field plan. The ideal candidate will have a background in grassroots advocacy, coalition building, and management. The Deputy National Field Director is a newly created position within the organization and is not an entry-level position.
