THE ORGANIZATION
The Rhode Island Center for Freedom and Prosperity (http://www.rifreedom.org) is Rhode Island’s only free-enterprise think tank committed to advancing market-based solutions as a means to restore prosperity to the state. In educating the public about the benefits of economic, educational, and personal freedom via a limited constitutional government, the Center for Freedom hopes to instill an increased sense of citizen self-determination. Our mission is to demonstrate that freedom is indispensable to our well-being and prosperity, and to craft public policy recommendations based on these principles so that key constituencies will embrace and promote them.
